Certain players appear/others dont upon a new save

I choose the exact same countries and database siaze but yet from time to time certain wonderkids appear on one say and then not on the other even guys like Thomas Kuszckak and Martin Fulop are on one game and then dont show up when searched for on another Any ideas why?
