    Hey Peps,

So I'm about 1.5 years into my fledgling IT career and I'm currently 4 months into my current role as an IT support engineer.
I'm working in pharma company and out IT team numbers 4.
So we have a brainstorming session of site (lunch, activity and dinner).
Have you guys an ideas on what I can bring to the table.
The team have already rolled out CRM, exchange online and SharePoint in the last year.
Any help would be great as I would like to make a good impression as future IT projects will be open to me provided I show the right aptitude.

Is there anything you can think of in your area that would work better if you changed how you do it?

I lead brainstorming sessions frequently. I work in Bio-Tech/Pharma as a for lead for Mobile , but the principles are the same.

Usually, there is a problem that you are trying to "solve". That means either a business process that isn't working anymore and the higher-ups want it streamlined using IT.

I'll give you an example. One of our Manufacturing organization had paper SOP's that had to be filled in EVERYTIME they did a specific task. They wanted to know if an app could do the same thing that would allow them to be quicker at their work. We watched their work processes and over 2 days with their operations lead, myself, some app developers and an outside company, we brainstormed a complete workflow for an app that would allow them to work within the regulatory limitations that would also allow them mobile flexibility. 6 months later, we rolled out the first of 20 iPads for them to complete their tasks.
