I've had to return two of the 5 port chargers under warranty as ports on them started to fail after a couple of months. Anker's customer service were no trouble to deal with and replaced faulty items with relative ease. Looking at comments on HUKD, Amazon and elsewhere, it seems I'm not alone. Anker ensue their customers care is above average which lessens the complaints about product quality.

The chargers are good and work nice and fast (make sure you use a quality cable as charge times vary greatly depending on cable). My concern is Anker's quality control. I'd hate to find myself on holidays and relying on an Anker chager to keep my gear charged, never knowing when it might go tits up.

I have one of the 5 port chargers and never use it.. I could never see when I'd have to charge 5 devices at once.. Let alone two. Especially now with fast chargers. Also, you need decent cables.. I bought a set of 6 braided cables on amazon for cheap, they do the job but take an age to charge..

I have one of their 5 port chargers and they are great actually have it with me on holidays now and it's working fine for charging a kindle 2 iPhones and an iPad it cut down the amount of chargers I needed to bring.
OP how did get into their power user groups?

I was contacted by them to see if i was interested. I think it was following a Amazon review. I get the occasional email with discounts and do far I was given an external battery pack to review and give feedback on. I have posted any discount codes i got here.
