Was involved in an incident with a car and have a partial number plate. Hoping someone either passed the car involved or witnessed the incident.…

if anyone was cycling along the grand canal westbound between Charlemont LUAS station and Harold's Cross between ~1720 and 1745 and has camera footage, I would appreciate a PM.

Was involved in an incident with a car and have a partial number plate. Hoping someone either passed the car involved or witnessed the incident. Just looking for footage at this point.

p.s. A number of cyclists stopped to see if I was ok. If you stopped, I really appreciate it - never been this scared before.
