    Hi,
I will be leaving Ballina about 4am so will hit Liffey Valley area about 6.45 - 7am.
Is this early enought to get to the docks for the 8.05am ferry?
Ideally want to be at the docks about 7.30am.

    Thanks

I'd say not, traffic on the N4 is lethal from about 7am onwards

If you hit it at 6:30 you'd have a far better chance

If the ferry is leaving at 8.05 am you will need to be there a good 45 minutes plus before this for loading and to Q up. If you go M50 and the base of it take the Port Tunnel (€10 toll weekdays 0600-1900) that should only take about 10 minutes to get from the M50 base to the port.

    Thanks.

Left at 3.40 sitting at the terminal at 6.30. No traffic. Didnt take the tunnel.
