It'll be fine as long as its dry... Oh wait, this is Ireland! The weather looks to be OK this weekend so it'll be fine but consider it perhaps single use.

Yeah I reckon this tent will be a one off, 10euro a head....

Three of them with a load of booze, three rucksacks and gear for three girls will absolutely fill that tent. They might be better off getting their own tent each.

In any event, this being Ireland, it could rain, so you would want a waterproof tent with a half decent hydrostatic head (HH) and taped seams.

Also, the tent needs to be ventilated to allow water vapour from breath to escape the tent, otherwise it is possible to wake to a pool of condensation on the ground sheet of the tent - not pleasant.

Therefore, rather than getting a cheap tent in Argos, it would be better to get a better brand of tent in an outdoor shop, such as a Vango.

I'd suggest that each of the girls should get one of these Vango Alpha 300s. They are described as 3-man tents but in reality, there is no way that three people with gear will fit with any degree of comfort. They could possibly go for smaller tents if they are getting one each but in any event, Vango is a reasonably reliable brand.
