Informal Groups around South Dublin/Bray area

A work friend's sister is coming over from Canada in early July and I was wondering is there any groups around the South Dublin/Bray area that she can join on a once off as she doesn't know the area? From talking to her she would probably be looking to do up to 100km at maybe 27kph to 30kph pace
