iPhone Date & Time Troubleshooting

I have an jailbroken iPhone 4s running iOS 8.1.2. For some wierd reason every now and then the phone time gets set back a different amount of hours and minutes, which then messes up the internet as apps won't work properly with the wrong time. What could be causing this? How could I fix it? I have tried setting it both automaticaly and manually but it still happens either way. Thanks.

I'm guessing one of your jail broken apps is doing this. What have you got installed?

I can't think of any jailbroken apps that would mess with the time
