How does eBay let sellers get away with this nonsense? The item description says that the item is coming from the UK. However after I pay I eventually find out that the seller is Chinese.

I can't understand how eBay tolerates this messing....fcuking annoys the sh*t out of me.

It is annoying, but there's not a lot eBay can do about it. Anyone can give a false location. Whenever it happens to me, if I contact the seller they give some story about having additional stock in HK, and the UK stock was just out. I'd leave negative feedback and report the auction to eBay as misrepresenting location, which is against their rules. If enough people report them, then the seller could be reprimanded.

When checking feedback be sure to check the neutrals which can often be reporting this issue as some people do not see it as a big deal so will not leave negative.
