Bottom bracket for Giant OCR 2 wanted (shimano)

A guy serviced my bike lately and he says I need to get my hands on the following part. He just wrote these details on a piece of paper and I don't know much about what they mean, and what's the important info. Here it is. Shimano BB-6500 68 BC 1.37 x 24 109.5 Can anybody help?

That is a 9 speed octalink bottom bracket. Hard to get a 6500 Ultegra one but Chain Reaction have a 105 5500 model in stock that will work perfectly.
