Hi, i ordered this lens yesterday, it said out of stock but i clicked on "reserve" and getting it delivered to argos in letterkenny next week.

The Canon cash back offer has increased to £50 which is about €70 (if you check the canon summer cash back web page).

These lenses are available to order with 3 to 4 day delivery time in NI stores via the UK website (great if you are close to an NI store).

It may also be possible to reserve for delivery at your local store here in the south by reserving directly at your local store.

In that case it brings the total cost down to about €190 which is phenomenal.

Chinese based site. There's no guarantee where they ship from, so could be stung for import duties and vat.
Also doesn't qualify for Canon cashback offer as its only valid for UK and Ireland.

Cannot seem to contact them directly either.

Better the argos deal, an established company one can call directly or walk into in case of problems.

Shipping is about 8 from them I think and you need to get it to a uk address so add another 4 on for Parcel Motel.

I have this one on hold for collection today. Be great for walking around Monaco tomorrow, grabbing some supercar pics.

The other stores are now showing "available to order" with approximately 1 weeks delivery.

So not expired at all.
