Starting up New business

    Hi Guys
    I currently work full time Monday To Friday in an office and stores and im starting a new business venture in a few weeks on a saturday with a hot food stall.
    I Have a few years experience running a food stall in the past for a friend and iv a degree in business and accounting.
    I guess im basically looking for any advice from users on here who maybe run there own food stalls or takeaways etc on starting a new venture and how to do things correctly and so forth.
    Any advice would be greatly appreciated and taken on board.
