    Hey all,

Any Cork veggie/vegans around that can recommend places to eat in or around cork?

I'll be down there next weekend and just wondering if there's anywhere to go.

Cafe Paradiso is amazing for night time eating, make sure you pre book though. http://www.cafeparadiso.ie/

The Quay Co Op is a really nice cafe/deli too for quick eats.

    Quay co-op is class!

Novocento pizza on Douglas Street is also really good for veggie options, though not specifically a veggie restaurant.

Puccino's (though I'm not sure if it's still there actually) and Tony's Bistro both do good veggie fries if you want that. Tony's in particular is pretty epic.

Also, Isaac's restaurant on Mc Curtain street has had very nice veggie options both times I've been there, not sure about the vegan situation though.

Do try to get to Cafe Paradiso if you have the money and time though, it's absolutely unreal.

I've eaten in the quay street kitchen a couple of times and they have vegan items. Other than that I think I've only had boojum.

Where is the tastiest vegan place in Dublin to eat? I'm only going to be there for a day so I don't have time in the day to go trekking about :)

Quay street kitchen is good, as are Gemelles (a couple of doors up) and Rouge on Dominic Street, though there's no point going near Rouge if you're vegan. In Salthill there's an Asian street food place called Lana with loads of good veggie options. There's also another burrito place called La Salsa which is a bit dirtier and greasier than Boojum, nom

I liked the Quay Coop less when I discovered that they're not a genuine workers coop but just a regular company - ask a member of staff; they probably can't identify a member of the coop - and also that their markup is pretty big.

Denmark is lovely but so far disastrous for vegetarians trying to eat out. Any recommendations near Copenhagen?

Devoured an old reliable boojum burrito.
