immergas hercules condensing boiler fault26

hi i have a constant fault 26 on my immergas hercules condensing boiler
it means 'no water safety switch closed and pump not working'
it wil work when i power boiler completely off and on again but when it reaches set point/temp it knocks off as it should but then fault26 flashes and only way to start again is power off &on.
The way it should work is when i turn dial for hot water a relay sends a signal to a motor which opens a valve to the tank and a circulator pump comes on (this happens simultaneously) there are 2 pipes coming from inlet & outlet of pump to a plunger - so when pump turns on the pressure difference extends the plunger to a microswitch which i presume tells system its good to ignite.
As i have said everything works when powered off and on - pump & valve, but when temp is reached the plunger retracts and fault appears
i think its probably something on the pcb but would like to be sure
    any ideas appreciated
    thanks

No advice can be given out here other than you need an rgi. If you post your area somebody might be able to recommend one for you. Alternatively call RVR, based in limerick if I remember correctly. They are the agents for immergas.
