Faulty Plug Socket

Does anyone know who I could deal with to resolve an issue with the trailer plug socket on my Kia Sorento? The left indicator isn't working on the trailer when hitched and I checked the trailer using other vehicles and it's fine, so I know it's the plug on my car.

I don't have any electrical experience and my mechanic said he doesn't have expertise in this area, so not sure where to go from here. Based in South Dublin.

You need a new mechanic, that is a very basic problem to solve.

OK, thanks - what do you think is the problem so I can bring it to a new mechanic?

OK great - I'll have a look around for a new mechanic in that case!

Can anyone recommend someone? I'm based in South Dublin (Dundrum/Goatstown area)
