I wouldn't be 100% sure this will work without a UK Paypal and eBay account. Reason being, I bought a Moto G when in Australia last year on ebay with a 20% code. Transaction went through with the code applied, but when I checked my Paypal I was charged the full amount. Customer service said as I had an Irish eBay and Paypal account the discount would not apply to me.
