    Just wondering if it is ok to go swimming? Just gone into second trimester. Thanks.

    Yep unless your doctor has specifically said not to for some reason.

    It's supposed to be very good for you during pregnancy, takes some of the weight off for a while. :)

    Yes I did aquarobics up to the week I had my second baby. In fact, I put my better weight approach and recovery after delivery (c section) down the fact I was much more active second time around, and did swimming as it helped my back pain big time.
