I am looking to install this box to control 3 sets of external lights - (no more than a dozen low energy lights in total)

Issue is that the only place I have power outside in the right area is an external double socket. I would assume that this would have to go on an RCD protected circuit but not 100%sure, and suggestions would be appreciated
