Hi, anyone with a Boots Advantage card should download the new Boots Ireland app.
You can easily see your points and also apply coupons to your card.
I downloaded it today; applied the double points coupon to my card and when I visited boots sure enough I got double points - no messing with paper coupons.

Worth checking out if you use Boots.

I look forward to the day when there are no loyalty cards and everything is done via a loyalty app on your phone.

Yeah its a lot better than fiddling around with coupons, still a bit dodgy in terms of usability. I downloaded it for Android and it wouldn't let me put in my DOB. You apparently don't have to on the Android version just advantage card number and name.

Only if you're using the points when buying. If you somehow leave your card at home or in the car etc you can easily apply points from a receipt after making a purchase.

I always have my Advantage card on me but a lot of the time I forget my paper coupons. If they're on the card then it makes it much easier.

Via the app or do you have to bring the receipt into the shop and ask them to do it?

Has anybody tried the new CardTrix app. You can put all your cards on there , Dunnes, Boots, Tesco, etc.
I believe you do not need to have your card with you to apply points . Can anybody confirm ?
