Hi all!
My friend (whose name will remain private just in case) was offered a position of Sales Representative at Zendesk in Dublin, with OTE 45-50k and the split is base 25k, commission 20-25k.

She is now earning 28k with no commissions in Cork. In her previous experience with commissions, the targets to achieve commissions were rather unachievable. She has also evaluated other aspects of the position and the only remaining aspect is the financial one.

Does anybody have any similar experience in this or other company that could be shared with my friend and help her understand which option would be most profitable?
