I've an old pre-LED Maglite that I never use any more. It's a lump of a thing by modern standards. Just wondering what some of ye do with your old gear, hold onto it, bin or give it away?

Don't bin it! One man's trash is another man's treasure. Put it on adverts for free and it will be gone to a good home very quickly :)

I bin some old gear if it's just knackered. Hold on to most of it to lend to people or just give it away.

I know a few outdoors enthusiasts who never buy any gear other than boots. So there's usually a home to be found for my old gear.

Just binned some old maglites not worth the effort of selling them. I wouldn't have paid more than a couple of quid for them originally from a car boot sale so no loss.

And those bl00dy rubber caps over the switches they always dropped out!
