Im a 17 year old boy playing gaa at a high level not to be cocky. Ive been doing lots of strength and conditioning work lately but it doesnt seem to be doing much for me. Im quite tall about 6ft but i have very little muscle mass. Ive been told recently that i have to get stronger (i also knew i did) but nobody has been able to give me any proper programme to work off. Im mainly looking for shoulders arms and legs. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you're playing at a high level, then I would have to assume your physical trainer would be qualified to be coaching strength and conditioning. If so, discuss additional programs with him. Taking advice with regards to gym or strength work or supplements off anonymous posters on the internet is not good when no one knows what your routine is with regards to school, games, training etc. Your physical coach would be the one who knows your capabilities and what your training program for teams is. If you do too much, or too much too soon, you could do serious long term damage. He should also be able to advise you with nutritional info and the best diet and foods to be eating to help with training and strength work.
