    I thought it was all hotels, are you putting the code in uppercase?

    Yes used upper case, a message popped up something along the lines 'unfortunately the promo code can not be used for your selected hotel' . It's just a marketing thing to claim it works on all hotels, there is probably small print somewhere with the exceptions.
