Anyone know the name of what this type of plug/socket/connecter/harness is? It's in the rear of a Nissan Qashqai and is used to connect to the towbar harness. I'm looking to get the other mating end so can wire in parking sensors without having to splice or cut the harness.

Pic not the best as was a screen capture from YouTube

    Thanks

It's probably a molex or jae connector, any numbers on it?

You can probably get them from Nissan if you can find the Nissan part number for it.

Might be an idea to check out halfords, they used to stock similar connectors for car stereos, maybe one of them would be similar?

If you want to wire in reversing sensors, you must get a feed of a reversing light, reversing light signal may not be in that loom if it's for a trailer
