    Hi all,

The Start/Stop on the car is not stopping/starting the engine. It was up until last week.

Message that appears under the information centre is "Battery Charging".

I understand that if the car senses that the battery is low the Start/Stop fnction doesn't work.

But I don't know why the battery would be low.
I have seen some rumours on line about software updates preventing battery drain.

    Anyone shed any light?

    Thanks.

If your air con is switched on start stop wont operate.
If that isnt the issue test your battery voltage make sure its above about 12.6 volts.
