Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this ain't genuine.

    From the San Marco website:
"we never produced the model “Aspide Superleggera” in other colours than white/ carbon black and Red/carbon Black, as featured in that photo. Unfortunately, there are however counterfeit versions of the original colours too. To identify them, check the warranty hologram under the shell, the existence of the packing box and check the particular under shell carbon finish as photo. It is easily to see that the fake presents a polished paint and carbon look instead of the gray finish with sanded effect of the original."

What lead you to believe it was authentic?

The Basta.. I bought it off in the UK ,I never checked on the manufacture website so I assumed they came in that colour, anyway it's still a decent enough saddle so I'll probably just keep it,looks slick on the Scott foil(greenedge colours)

    Ah no that's terrible.

As you say it's a nice saddle very specific colour so probably wouldn't suit most anyway.

She looks good alright but ive owned fake and original copy and there is quite big difference in riding comfort. However as you stated in your ad that its authentic im repeat Iwillhtfu: What lead you to make such statement? It doesnt looks good if you state that kind of a thing in your ad if you are not sure or even worse if you know that item is not genuine. Its better to not mention at all. Im telling this as ive payed over 150e for fake one and seller states the same but my friend who has original one has good laugh when he looked at it and then ive discovered that its most counterfeited saddle in the world. It wasnt nice at all xD.

i can confirm this. I have the exact same saddle in red/carbon black

for an all carbon saddle, i cannot believe how comfortable it is.
