    Hi,

    Have an issue with a Nuvi 55 and wondering if anyone else is/has experienced the same problem - typing in the post code 9 i.e. Dublin 9, the screen freezes and won't go forward. If I change the 9 to 6 or 24 or anything they all work fine.

    Is there a patch issue with the Dublin 9 post code does anybody know? I've run updates, reset it, etc. but still have this same issue.

    Any/all help would be greatly appreciated!

    What map version do you have? 2016.10 is the latest.

    Have you tried a hard reset? Power off, and then power on again pressing in the bottom right corner until the reset prompt appears.
