    The passenger door won't open from the inside on my car. It can only be opened with the outside handle. Does anyone know if that's an automatic failure in the NCT?

    Or instead of reading a 96 page manual, he could ask a simple question and get a simple answer here?

    I didn't have to look at the manual and I still knew the answer. Either way, the question has been answered.

    Or instead of reading a 96 page manual, he could ask a simple question and get a load of speculative, erroneous, "I heard of a fella, welll I dunno was it a fella, twas my uncles aunts nephews transgender goat was telling me this now" type answers?

    And one definitive answer from the 96 page manual, available to anyone with Internet access?
