Hi all, I'm after a set of good high quality headphones to last me a few years. However Amazon seem to be selling them in used, very good condition for less then half the retail price. Should I bite? Any downsides? Thanks in advance for any good advice 😊

Can't see any downside. Go for it.

Try them and buy if you like them. Nothing in them to wear out. I have a pair of Sony over ears that are still thumping after 25 years.

Hey thanks for replies, I ended up buying sennheiser momentum on ears brand new on adverts for 70 Euro. I know they're not as good as over ears but still fantastic and stylish!

Ive no issues wearing my Sony Mdr-1R'S out and about cause their so light and very comfy even round the neck when not in use. Can't do on ears myself.

They were the ones I was looking at on Amazon. Like 90 quid used which seems very good

That would be an excellent buy for anyone who wanted premium sounding cans and couldn't quite afford the €250+ momentum's or V-Moda's.
