Speedtest Wired vs Wireless

    According to the speedtest.ne t I'm getting upload speed with direct wired PC (CAT6 cable ) 0.63Mbps while with my mobile phone I'm getting upload speed between 1.2Mbps - 1.7 Mbps over the WiFi ?

    Repeated test several times and results are the same

    Why?

    Gonna guess you're on an X down / 768k up DSL line. If thats the case, your phone is mis reading. Ive seen the speedtest app do that before, it doesnt like very low upstream values. That or your phone has smart network hopping and is changing over to 3/4G.

    If it's an android it does that on the speed test app from what I have seen.
