    Hi folks

    I dont use this very often but I'm hoping someone may be able to help. I'm in the midst of an ankle injury at the moment that I'm going to see a specialist about next week in Santry. I wont bore with the specifics, I've had this injury for the bones of 8 months and as soon as I get myself fixed, I'd like for a personal trainer to help me rehab and get fit again. I'm living in Killarney but would be willing to travel to surrounding towns 30-40 minutes away if needs be. If anyone has any suggestions it would be really helpful.

    Peter McCarthy. He is excellent. I wouldn't be where I am today without him. Like you I came back from an injury and his help has been fantastic. I will PM his number.

    Best rehab person in killarney hands down is kieran o Shea (jack os son) works in killarney.

    Works with the kerry teams also.
