A quick query, I'm sending some heifers to the Mart tomorrow, they're under 24 months except for one heifer with her date of birth being 9th June 2013 so she's 24months tomorrow, does that mean she needs to be brucellosis tested? Or would she be ok to sell?

Are they doing away with pre movement brucellosis testing?

You may ring the mart in the morning before you go to check.
The pre movement blood test isn't going until Northern Ireland gets Brucellosis free status. I've heard it might be July 1st but who knows.

You still need a pre movement test. We had to do 2 a few weeks ago for cows that we sold although they did not have to be blooded on the annual test which was in October.
