Any recommendations for a tea house in Galway? Somewhere where they know how to brew them in a right way ;) ?

Depending what tea you're after; Cupan Tae down the Spanish Arch has that lovely homely tea room feel, whereas Secret Garden down William Street (Blue Note and Massimo's area) has some lovely herbal concoctions.

The Asian Tea House has a great selection also.

I haven't tried Asian tea house yet, I was looking at the website and it seems is a restaurant not really a tea house? Thanks everyone

Also it has a great cocktail menu.

Or used to, I haven't been there in about a year.

Yeah I didn't think the Asian Tea House actually did tea either!

I'd say the Secret Garden, with Cupán Tae coming in 2nd for me for variety and atmosphere, but they are both great.

Asian tea house has a menu of different teas. I didn't try any of their specialist ones but there was a list of at least ten different teas when I was there last week.
There is also a place called Corrib house tea rooms which seems popular- think it's near Woodquay.

    Thanks!
Corrib House is nice - limited opening hours, and not specialist tea place per se but a nice cafe with good food. It's on te next block down from the courthouse.
