    No real goal in mind with this one mainly just to improve the fitness and to trim an inch or 3 from the waistline and get the weight back down to the 10.5 stone mark (currently in and around the 11.5 mark).

    On today's menu:

    11km cycle along the Grand Canal and back.

    Today:

    2.5km to work, 2.5km home, sun's shining so 15km up to St Annes Park, around the park then back home for a nice round 20
