Samsung phone - rings onceMy

    My brother got a new phone on Friday

    A Samsung GT-S7710 (Galaxy X cover 2)

    Unfortunately the phone is now only ringing once when someone rings him.

    He reckons that he is "pressing some wrong button" as his old normal Samsung used to do this with his wifes number.

    Whats likely to be going wrong????

    To me - I can't see how you can cause something like that by "pressing the wrong button" but even if im wrong - how does one fix it.

    Right - he managed to fix it in the end.

    Seems the phone blocked calls/numbers by itself when in his pocket (ie he forgot to lock the screen)
