Hello,

I have always wanted to start a band.

I am a female and 29 - I play guitar (badly) and sing.

To be honest I want it to more for fun than be mad serious but I do want to make some good tunes if possible.

A lady or gent that sings and enjoys harmony is the first preference. A banjo, fiddle, double bass, drums would be great. Maybe something between folk/Americana/Funk.

The Unthanks, I draw slow, old hannah, The staves, The gloaming, Lake Street Dive, Bill withers. And a hundred million more.

Hi, I'm an older (40s) fella, looking for to start a band with similar aspirations. While I don't know all the acts you listed, the Unthanks are one of my favorite bands. I play guitar, harmonica and bass guitar. I also play the piano extremely badly .
