A long-shot I know as Ireland is not that open to dogs in pubs/cafés, but does anyone low of dog friendly places in the Clifden area? Accommodation is sorted.

The problem for pubs would be if they serve food, but I would have thought you'd be ok during the day.

Just to report back for anyone that may be interested, we ate outside a lovely Café called Steam, where they voluntarily brought out a bowl of water for our dog!
