I haven't lived there but as someone who has lived in a few places in Knocknacarra, any time I was looking there were always a heap of apartments available there and some of the same numbers were either relisted or available again to rent each time I was looking (6 month - 1 year intervals).

Completely anecdotal but the apparent high turnover would indicate they might not be the best to live in for whatever reason.

Hopefully someone with real information has something to add

There is quite alot of council housing in some of the newer parts of knocknacarra which might want to look into. Always good to drive around the area at different times of the day to get a feel for the area.
