Predictions for s05e09 - Book Readers thread

It's called "the Dance of the Dragons"

After the mind figgingly brilliant Hardhome last week I hope tonight's episode follows form.

Presumably we have the wedding and Daznaks Pit tonight.

My predictions:

1) Dany will fly off tonight as Jorah battles the dragons.(Dany to setup her wasteland adventure with Drogon and the khalasar next week!)
2) Doran tells Jamie about his plan (and maybe about his support of FAegon?)

Will Jon get stabbed "for the watch" tonight or next week? I think it could be next week, and if it does I think Alliser Thorne will stand in front of Jon to protect him, and then step out of the way, just like he did for Janos Slint.

Ramsey bangs some drums, making Stannis allow Mel to burn Shireen, resulting in Stannis getting his dragons.
Arya kills Merin ****in Trant.

Can see Jorah making a big rescue on Dany to get back into her favour

Hopefully Bronn dies

Why would Arya kill Merin Traunt? She won't kill the aul boy until 10 either I think

A lot of focus on Stannis/Ramsey/Winterfell in general tomorrow, as well as Cerseis parade, and the arrival of Ser Robert Strong

Landing of Drogon to kite away Dany is probably spot on, as well as an assassination attempt just before hand. Possibly how Jorah comes to her rescue

Greyworm dies, Dany flies off on Drogon amid flames and death and mayhem. Possibly other dragons go berserk at Drogon's roar and they also escape (It was Drogon, wasn't it?). Onion knight sent off to sneak in to open Winterfell gates (In place of Mance. I'm assuming he's actually dead in the series).

Next week: 2nd last scene will be Dany meeting her old Khalesar with Drogon doing big showy Avatar-like pose/roar behind her. All looking upbeat. Non-readers going "f*** yeah" Then LAST scene is Jon. Fade to silent credits

Not sure we will see much of the wall (if any) this week, maybe a couple of seconds of Ollie scowling at a painting of Jon.

Like pretty much everyone else I think we will see the fighting pits, although I think jorah will sacrifice himself to save Dany from Drogon before she takes off.

Not sure what will happen between Ramsey and Stannis but this is one of the bits I am most looking forward to. Would love to see Stannis take them down and enter winterfell under the guise of being a triumphant returning Ramsey.

Dorne needs something to happen, but I dunno what can. I fully expect Jaime to be there next season for some interaction with Tyrion and Danaerys so maybe some conversation between him and Doran (stupid that this hasn't happened yet) that moves the plot forward and delivers some bombshell?

And just to confirm - I haven't read any spoiler thread info. In fact I think that Internet discussion has been negatively hampered by the leaks this season, but that's another topic.
