Tattoo removal cream ....any good??

hi folks....have a tattoo on my arm which I have wanted to get rid of for years. There is just no way I could afford laser. I heard of laser cream...sounds too good to be true but has anyone any experience ?? Mine is green/red so quite strong....even if it faded it's bit...I'd be happy :)

There is no cream on the market able to even minimize the appearance of a tattoo.
Tattoos are created in the dermal layer of the skin and no cream can penetrate to that depth to remove the ink that lies in this deeper layer.
