crewcab conversion

Hi I have a 2009 transit swb low roof that I want to convert to Crewcab, is it still possible to carry out the work myself or do i need to get a professional's help? Also how could I find out what the vrt would be? Checked online but its only calculating if I import. Any help or advice appreciated
