Windows 8 Boot Issue

The missuses went to do a restore on her Dell. Upon trying to report there after, it gave an error regarding missing files and File: /bcd. Anyone know of a fix as it came with no recovery CD or a disk drive.

are there any removable media - CDs, SD Cards, Flash Drives, in the computer?

Bit of a late reply as I completely forgot all about this. I created an install on a flash drive. I simply used the CLI to quickly repair the issue.
