I'm not sure if this is a wind-Up tbh, but it won't make any difference which side of the car it's on.
If you want to listen to Dublin radio stations your best bet would be to use a smartphone app like tunein (obviously this will use mobile data)

does anyone know where you can get a fm dxing antenna?
does it make a mess of the car?
do you have to replace the standard radio ?
