Ok I recently got my tragus piercing and I don't know if I'm taking the right care for it? I clean it with salt and warm water by rubbing around it with a cotton bud then soaking it in a salt and water solution for a few minutes, should it heal ok and if so when?

Cartilage takes up to a year to fully heal, initial healing is 6-8 weeks, depending on how your body heals. Make sure it's natural sea salt and not table salt. Your piercer should have gone through all this with you.
