    Hi, would anyone suggest a reasonable price to charge for a secure underground residential parking space in Dublin 8?

    They used to be during the boom.
    If it was closer to the city centre or maybe IFSC, Google HQ, maybe but with Luas pass, monthly passes, and tax saver cards now, it's cheaper to commute by public transport.

    You could always advertise it for more and see if it generated any interest. No harm tbh.

    When you advertise it state you want to be paid three monthly in advance

    That's what I always do, it saves a lot of hassle and messing around

    I rent one for 50e/month off Francis street... That is very cheap. Most are 75-90 a month.
