The vac pot rod on the turbo should pull/retract down slowly when the engine is started..if this is not happening then you have a vacuum leak from the turbo electro valve or a faulty turbo electro valve.

P1351 is usually one or more blown glow plugs/faulty relay.

P0299 Turbocharger pressure signal:pressure to low in relation to the reference value....can be vacuum fault...turbo pressure pipe leak..jammed vanes in the turbo/failed turbo etc

    P1586 Description of the diagnostics
The supply common to the pressure sensor of the fuel high pressure common injection rail, to the flowmeter and to the EGR valve copy is lower than 4,7 V for 150 ms
    Main customer complaints likely Jerking/stalling
    Lack of power Starting problem
Suspect areas The sensors sharing the power supply are as follows
Connections,Engine management ECU (internal failure, supply,

    [/B]

Sometimes an internal fault with the egr valve can flag this fault..unplug it and see if it clears....Did they car cut out on you at any stage..?

Been fairly sure there isn't a vac leak isn't good enough...he needs to check the vac hose from the electrovalve to the turbo...;)

Ok perfect thanks for that I will check the hoses myself tomorrow. Is this the electrovalve your taking about?

Got the electro valve change today (9652997580) but the still drives the same. Got the hoses checked and no leaks

Here are some pics of the engine information at 803rpm and 2988rpm

    Have you any other ideas?

Tis not boosting alright....Remove the vac hose from the turbo vac pot and see if you feel vacuum with engine running at idle..?
Ideally if you had a mityvac you could pull a vacuum on the pot and see if the rod pulls down....has your mechanic got one of these...?
