    Hi guys,
My front door is being replaced in a few weeks time. The alarm sensor is a surface mount (see attached picture).

(1)The new door is a composite palladio door. Will my current sensor fit the profile on the new door?

    (2) Whats the best way to mount the sensor?

(3)The new door is white on the inside, the old sensor is brown. Will it look rubbish as is, or should I replace?

    Thanks

Have it replaced. The installer can hide that junction box if you get him out the day the door is being changed.
