Collect JSA following day?

    Hey,

    So I currently collect my JSA in Washington Street Post office in Cork city on a Monday. I won't be able to collect it in a couple of weeks time, and I asked in the post office if it'll be available to me the following day and I got a pretty uncertain answer. I'd rather not go into the social welfare office unless it's the only option, I just know last time I was going to be a day late I had to fill out a form and that day was taken out of my 2 weeks holidays, and my payment didn't come in until the following week. I'd rather not go through all that just because I'll be missing the PO closing time by about an hour.

    I know it varies for different PO's or people, I'm just wondering if there's a chance it'll be there at all the next morning.

    Yes, your payment will be in the post office on the Tuesday.
