    If anyone is interested in getting an allotment or a plot, Fingal are accepting mid year applications from now until 26 June. There are only about 30 empty plots left this year.

    The fees Fingal charge are much lower than those charged by private operators. Fingal fees are E50 and E100 for 50 and 100 sq metre plots.

    I suppose, if you look at it another way, we are all paying money to for the services provided by Fingal anyway, so we might as well take full advantage of it.
