03 Honda Civic radio options.

Hi folks. Just bought a 2003, non skangered Honda Civic. Car has a factory spec car radio (see attached picture) and I want to install a stereo Bluetooth radio. As you can see the radio slants out to the left and I'm wondering is there a radio out there that will fit in there without ruining the look of the dashboard? Or perhaps some sort of panel?

You might be lucky enough to get an adaptor facia in Halfords but there is no new type radio out there with that shape front.
